Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Generate leads through traditional or innovative channels, build and nurture client relationships
  • Identify and Interact with key stakeholders, pitch solutions, set expectations, and build rapport to sell, cross-sell & Up-sell.
  • Identifying business opportunities for AI Data Services business
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the clients' industry, including industry trends, industry business processes, and performance indicators, and key client competitors in the industry.
  • Work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Ensure teamwork & cross-functional work with executives from other departments
  • Network with prospects through virtual conferences, forums, etc.
  • Build and forecast on monthly & quarterly cadence; build a strong pipeline of leads to meet the revenue goals
  • Track, analyze key sales metrics, present report data to leadership on a regular basis and lead weekly and/or monthly meetings with the sales team and leadership
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
  • Proven track record of achieving annual saleas targets exceeding 2M

Requirements:

  • Management Graduate from tier 1/2 college/university
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Annotation, Labeling, Conversational AI or other AI/ML areas.
  • Good experience & understanding of machine learning/AI use cases, Industry wise AI trends, and AI Data service industry.
  • Deep understanding of the annotation and labeling space, including concepts, competition, sales process, etc.
  • Comfortable in leading sales meetings with prospects and clients
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and get results in a new space
  • Passion for digging deep into a subject matter area
  • Experience in engaging with C Level executive in AI/ML and related companies
