Presales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and industry verticals.
  • Design and present tailored AI data solutions (collection, annotation, transcription, labeling).
  • Prepare detailed proposals, RFP responses, and client-facing presentations.
  • Work closely with project and delivery teams to define scope, timelines, and cost estimates.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and proofs-of-concept when required.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Shaip’s offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Support sales in lead qualification and early-stage client discussions.
  • Maintain accurate records of presales activities in CRM tools.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Relevant experience in presales, business analysis, or solution consulting (preferably in AI/ML data services, IT services, or SaaS).
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and data lifecycle is a plus.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills with ability to create compelling client deliverables.
  • Strong presentation skills with proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams under tight timelines.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
